It doesn’t take long to feel a difference in your body while doing Posture Therapy. I always tell my new clients, “you will feel a difference in your body within the first 1-on-1 session.” While that doesn’t necessarily mean the pain will decrease in the first session (although it normally does decrease), it shows you how the body doesn’t take long to change and adapt when given the proper stimulus.
